It seems to be a late 90s Rumba group in Japan that produced a good quality album in a style I think similar to a blend of Choc stars and Zaiko also some Victoria influence. Anybody have information

Their bandleader Rio Nakagawa used to be very close with late King Kester Emeneya and Papa Wemba. They even performed a few times together with Papa Wemba, when Wemba visited them in the late 80s in Japan and also with King Kester Emeneya when they came to Paris.
