Thanks for the detailed insight on koffi early career! Never really knew about his popularity before the early 90s QL days. Amazing how it took him all those years to breakthrough in his career.
The first Zenith of 2003 with Kerozone, Brigade, Lola and co and the one of 2007 with Les Mineurs was released on DVD, but are very rare and hard to find.

Here is the picture of the DVD case. I thought this was the 2003 zenith which obviously it wasn't. I'm really starting to question whether the two 2003 zeniths and the 2007 zenith were released on DVD.
As a Chicagoan, I'm aware this was his only concert in Chicago? I was only about 7 around this time, so I, unfortunately, missed the opportunity to go to this concert. But what bugs me more is that my parents never knew of this concert despite being huge koffi fans at the time smh.
If you havent seen it watch the 2002 zenith concert where he performs. There are a few other concerts on youtube where he performs it. It's a shame he performs Kibuisa mpimpa more than operation dragon at concerts, when I think the latter is a far more superior generique.
Also did this guy use a program to create this instrumental because I can still mildly hear some voices in the background. If so he should definitely do this with other songs. Why do they never release official instrumentals of their generiques and sebene songs?
