Why doesn't he listen to his band? Maybe they have good ideas for artistic direction, lately his music hasn't been connecting with people. It could be time for different ideas. Is he afraid that he can't claim credit if he listens to them and the songs turn out successful?

Someone in here questioned Wazekwa's intelligence as he has always made people to believe. I can't remember who that was but yes even me now I question it. The way he handled the whole issue of Stade de Martyr, noo. It was a huge risk for him immediately going to Martyr after Ferre.

It was JV, it's not even about performing after Ferre he was never going to have it packed. He thought he could rely on Koffi, Fally and Fabregas's to promote the event and have their respective fanbase pack the event but even they couldn't save him. But yeah the constant negative buzz around him and his group really didn't help, similar to how Koffi first performed at Stade de Martyr in 1999 after Academia was formed and he also did a mpiaka.

yeah he was so suree especially of fally's mot d'ordre knowing that fally has arguably the biggest fanbase, he really mishandled the thing from start to finish
the group of chiefs who gave him the idea(ceden,joss,gesac,eclipse) were not associated in anything,he even waited for joss the main guy of the idea to leave before announcing his date which was never meant to be so soon the idea of joss was to plan by 2 years so that they reunite the two first generations of cultura who for most work and have family life  in europe and in the meantime promote the new generation so that they build potential to attract people aswell which wazekwa did not do prefering to release several songs sang 98 per cent by him ,it was a complete mess where he overestimated himself by thinking rinse and repeat of those choreographies which already were making people laugh for 2 years was enough to wow people and that all he needed was his ideas those of jp and germain his brothers,the dressing by zeka and its all perfect
of all the martyrs ever only three really depended much of the fally bebe tshanda and maybe one between kester and ferre
all the rest was a collective contribution from start to finish and he though he was sooooo intelligent that only his ideas were worth it whereas its the musicians who live closer to the streets and who know what the streets want since they deal with street every day only gesac had a car in the whole band

yeah they are heavily influential,the frustration in the group really started just before covid happened,wazekwa had paid 200 dollars to every musician as their salary of the month despite not performing a single concert that moment and as soon as he left because he had a dinner with jb and nioka longo somewhere the brothers blocked the door and ordered bodyguard to take the money back because the guys did not deserve it,then eclipse went to see him to tell about it but it was word against word and wazekwa blindly believes his brothers especially because they are also like his children as he started taking care of them being oldest before even turning 10 because of their parents being into strong conflicts
its pretty simple when they see jp and germain they are all moody and uncomfortable but when they see zeka they are happy because he always sneaks something to them i remember a scene of eclipse coming to get money for treatment of his daughter ashley who was on vacation from germany and got hit by a motodriver while crossing a street and the guys said naaaa you are a musician go beg donors stop being a baby then zeka came and gave him a head sign to go to the other side of the house and gave him all the money he needed
