Despite Extra Musica being the one being blamed of having copied Wenge Maison Mere (mostly because they are from Brazza) there were a lot of Wnrge MM copycats during time and Quartier Latin was one of them, despite KOFFI slow and chill pace of générique KOFFI started to slowly copying Wenge with that being evident with the single Effrakata in the album with the same name and the second générique, which ended to become one of the most successful générique if that year, Generation Bercy with Fally and Bouro if I am not mistaken animating too with Kerozene and Brigade and even in Gilba Seben. Now it has been stated that Koffi copied Wenge in that album but why? KOFFI was already successful and really didn't need to copy Wenge to be relevant so despite that why have he copied them?

koffi been copying wenge since 1992 with animators  Jean-Louis Manzugidi,Beevans Rappa Son = Roberto Ekokota, Mboshi = Tutu Callugi, Bebe kero & Brigade = Bill Clinton but not with sound don't get it twisted

Ohhh wow so Koffi copied Wenge? How did he then outclass them this much??.......he really is good then......the man is almost double what they are.

Lol apart from recruiting Brigade and Kerozene to copy Bill and Celeo Effrakata was nothing like Maison Mere especially between Effrakata and Kibuisa. Sound wise Koffi wasn’t copying Werra, because if you look in the singing line up of Effrakata there wasn’t anyone that was similar to singing line up of Kibuisa. Also Koffi’s Sebenes had distortion and so on which Werra wasn’t really doing. Felly, Ramazani weren’t playing the same style as Flamme, and Japonais.

Check your fact koffi didn't recruit Brigade to copy Celeo, they don't even sounds the same at the time none see it like that only today when Celeo starts to talk about it, at the time 2000 Celeo wasn't big most people didn't know him, this fact. But for Kero and Bill that was copy everyone can see it.
