Koffi has killed his Quartier Latin. Cindy is the only thing left for him. He needs to work hard to regroup Quartier Latin with singer Omba who has potential. He could have added a few more female singers alongside Cindy for another side of Quartier Latin. He mismanaged Cindy big time.
