Very Very Very huge blow to brigade this guy is an excellent singer and he sounds more like Fally then Deplick and Maison Mere stealing musicians from Brigade is like Chelsea stealing players from  Leicester City who just came to the EPL  (Leicester just is getting in the game) and Maison mere which is Chelsea is a established team with their own academy  .....and Adt put in the title that's it's Werra who formed him  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Nkosi you said this guy will replace Heritier or Deplick but wasn't that Rice Matadien's role so what happened to that and why did they never give him a chance??

Personal Comments : The guy sings well but his voice not match with Fally or Deplick, I ADMIT A PERFECT REPLACEMENT FOR DEPLICK.

And whats with the Red Jacket Guy?!?!?!! - Showing OFF?!?!?!?! - Who was his talking to all the time?!?!?!!

SO IS WERRASON LE GRAND FORMATEUR YA MUSICIENS?

Prince, the guy who was in the red jacket is Nicodem who used to be with Ferre and your right I was wondering the whole time like what is he doing there he didn't even look like someone was on the other line it looks like he just wanted to be in the video just to be in it and look cool. And how can Werra "form" anyone one when he can't sing to save his life,  he can help people out with  exposure and dance skills but that is it and and he isn't the best instrumentalist.

No band leader teaches singing. They hold auditions and pick the best who are then given chance to sing....for WMM you go through Operation Dragon (OD) learning old songs and given chance to feature on some vocal especially Primus....if they please the fans then they get chance to do a song. Alternatively bands get musicians from other bands who don't have to go through OD in WMM but move into first line up. This usually happens if replacements are being made or the musician is so good. So no one forms anyone. Werrason is called Le grand formatuer not because he teaches how to sing but because he gives chance to musicians to shine...they create so much hype around new artists and expose them at Zamba Zamba and Manzaka Mankoyi. Just look at Herritier, Meil,...they are more like solo artists featuring in WMM. Deplik was in this league as well. Look at Brigade....he would have gone solo after leaving koffi but no one would have payed attention to him. Who would have listened to Deplik after leaving Koffi. Most of the people knew Fabregas after joining WMM. Many even argued he was irritating and had a pathetic voice. Lobeso who have been a serious bench warmer in other big bands. Kimbangu was not known by many whilst with Bill. Young Makaba would have been polishing Patou's shoes in BCBG. Arnake was just but one of those many singers in Ferre's group. Just look at how people go mad when Bercy steps up the podium in WMM. So Werra does not teach how to sing neither do these other musicians. This guy from Brigade is very new and sings well so how can Werra be the teacher in singing. So what they meant was the exposure he will get and the hype especially when Sankara takes him to Zamba Zamba next week to show Deplik he has been replaced.

No Nkosi they don't call him The grand exposuresit they call him "Le grand formateur" because he supposedly "forms" his musicians.

Yes my friend. Forming a footballer is all about the opportunity the coach offers, facilities, environment and more and not teaching how to dribble, score and so on. Ferguson was never taught Ronaldo how to dribble or score. Guadiola never taught Mercy how to dribble, score. ...but people say Ferguson made Ronaldo, Mourinho made Drogba. Same with WMM. Werra has never taught anyone how to sing. Neither has JB and other big guys. BCBG has excellent singers who haven't been exposed as much because they have a different ideology. So the instability people talk about is what attracts musicians. Young guys know if I go to BCBG I have to settle with PPU role for a decade or also but in WMM you can get chance do a song even before you officially join if you are better and fans like you like Chikito. Since the growth curve for every musician is not to spend a life time doing backing vocals for someone else. Joining a band where you are given chance to compete and substitute and remain at top level for fear of being substituted is attractive. So WMM remains very attractive. Musicians in Congo now behave like politicians. today they are telling you how impossible it is for them to join other bands but tomorrow you find them calling band leaders their idles, kings and so on. So Iam very happy with the movements as it creates room for new talents. Congo has talent in abundance. Let Chikito join, Ferre will remain with excellent singers and spring more surprises. Brigade will replace that guy in minutes.

Just by joining Maison Merre, this guy has become famous, after one year he can contemplate going solo, but if he had stayed with Brigade he would end up be an underground

This singer is so good. He wants to sound like Fally Ipupa but he sounds more like Heritier than Fally. Excellent. I think he can be a good replacement once Heritier goes on his own.

Wetrason has his inputs in Brigade's band, thats why Brigade does all his concerts singing Maison mere songs and werra doesn't mind because who knows maybe the band under brigade is Wenge maison mere branch and Ngiama himselself trains there!
Scarcely fallible
