As the genre declined in the mid-2000s on, he gradually move other interests; he's presently a freelance journalist for other topics based in East Sussex, England. I remember him being one of the first to predict that the Congolese music would suffer a sharp decline due to loss of creativity. The last artist he worked closely with was King Kester, which happened to be his favorite artist. He is still an avid Congolese music collector/enthusiast and he used to active on some the now defunct forums. His website, which was for a long time my favorite site on the internet is sadly no longer in existence.
Haha vieux Papa PC- he was one of those uncles you loved to hate, but loved anyways. He had some wild theories and viewpoints at the time, but a lot of them actually turned out to be true. Simaro's #1 fanHaha Le Prof was willing to defend Mopao to death on any subject pertaining to him ; I wonder how he feels about recent events and his releases.
