from the info i had got its rather serious issues with his liver after having been poisoned in kin followed with various complication,you might be surprised to hear but one of the rare person in the music industry who had assisted him is his ex best friend heritier,like you said most donors are no where to be seen,when musikasika or celeo talk about his case to donors they say come back another day
as much as he is mocked in such situations shaka kongo would do a great job,the guy literally has access to presidence of the country to introduce requests for artists
