Honestly i dont know how come he can be millionaire unless he counts it in congolese francs( 1 dollar is almost 1000 congolese francs)
he has some sponsors who pay him well monthly( i know for example with skol he gets around 50 000)

Skol pay him really well no wonder he's stabilized and maintained almost all the musicians he started with infact it believe is only Kimbangu Solo he's lost.

per month,on his newly renewed contract, in the past  he was earning half that but seeing how he faces giants alone(jb,werra,ferre,wemba,wazekwa...),his sponsor skol awaraded him and much improved contract
bill is yet to really make a massive album or even popular song  so far in his solo career but financially he  has nothing to envy fally and ferré
