I saw the announcement on one of the pages on facebook,i think it's voice of congo but no reasons were given. I feel it's good riddance if he's really left because JB Mpiana cannot fire them boys who have outlived their usefulness.

If this story is a fake, I better drop dead. And I wish it was a group leaving like Chai and some Mikulis. Its just time that JB was left by those chaps.

My only guess if its true, is that Nono Fuji is posing a threat to Chai just like Sakoko will facilitate the kicking out of Rio....they have to go ...

Exactly, we have too much talent in Bcbg being overshadowed by negative elements....

Anyway, you may be right EMO,it is high time the old boys at Wenge BCBG moved on, we need the younger boys to take over now as they sound more promising however it must be noted that the old boys have really contributed to the stability of BCBG and if they go,we want them to go well and wit JB's blessings so that we the fans can support them as they settle as solo artists not like what that stupid boy Djino did, going to say silly things on tv and also saying JB Mpiana was castigating him for smoking weed yet he also smokes. :-D

chai is leaving,he wants to go solo,he already has a producer for his album and also has those of his own group who he did not send to the group of his cousin lacoste avaulable
sunda bass is also rumoured to be going, there is something happening in bcbg right now, some old guys will lose their authority in the group and they fail to accept it,sunda is secretly negociating with maaison mere and quartier latin for a contract
i will update if i get further info
talking about new generation in bcbg, here is a new singer recruited  two weeks ago and straight away used in studio by jules kibens

Thank you so much for all the info archos,we really missed you too.
This new singer is a complete musician,i love his guitar skills, proper rhythm!!
What is wrong with Sunda Bass, why seek a job at Quartier Latin of all places? Maybe Maison Mere

I think JB has kept the so called mikulis for stability and image.by image I mean portraying the maturity of the group. Imagine a group full of young boys again it would seem JB is childish or sings music for young people, I hope you get my point. But if I were him, I would just use the old guns on certain tracks that really have to do with older audiences then use the younger lads on tracks that have no age limit. I would also use Seguin on Rhumba tracks but sebenes, I would use Bebeto. I like Trabendo but Rio i would really put him on the bench. Jules Kibens might not be as flamboyant and does not have the best vocal cords but one powerful thing he possesses is vast knowledge about music. I think he has done fairly well as Artistic Director. In short, JB should begin using the young lads more than the elders.
