May someone help.me understand? When these artists/groups have concerts, how do they carry their instruments around? Is it the responsibility of the promoters to provide instruments? I always wonder... you have an artist who is originally from Kin, but performing in Europe etc? Do they actually fly with their kit and is it not expensive?

You will find the rest at the hall.

Indeed, on very rare occasions equipped were air freighted for concerts, but it's very costly. Usually the concert arrangers or band manager makes arrangements to rent equipment from a music shop, except the guitars

Most bands use hired equipment hired by the promoter wherever they are touring. Individual musicians especially guitarists tend to carry their own instruments in order to have that originality in sound they produce.
