I realised that the fact that depitsho fally & bouro were some excellent dancer, made other ones underated.
Sam, suzuki, of course montana, gypson, mamale junior, soleil from affaire detat to danger de mort, even modogo used to dance well. Since yesterday i have sanction & viagra on repeat. What a run 20
Congolese Music / Re: VHS Academia - Sanction 9 Clips (1999)« on: June 02, 2021, 00:47 »
Viagra clips were cheap.
In sanction you feel the alchemy with the dances and the consistency with the aestethic aspect (quartier latin logo in the background, wores same clothes, the whole group in the videos). In viagra videos you feel that, the « esprit d’equipe » wasnt there anymore. 21
Congolese Music / Re: VHS Academia - Sanction 9 Clips (1999)« on: June 01, 2021, 22:43 »The Sanction clips were excellent and they've really aged well compared to the rest that were released during that period, It was the best clips VHS until the Kibuisa clips came out. I have this on VHS and I used to watch it over and over, I was hoping the Viagra clips would be similar to Sanction but they really weren't they just looked like the normal quality that most groups were doing. It sad that viagra video wasnt that good. I think its due to the fact that the band split during the promo. Viagra is so underated man It deserved a big tour, dope clips ect 22
