spoke to him today,he says he is trying to bring back the fact of having strong groups and not just leader centered stuff,and he was saying that he thinks that was also a factor for sponsors to take a  step back because the way groups were vibrant when they were full of strong talents is not the way groups have become with the leader only and max 5 per cent of the group having any sort of influence
good thing for him though is that he recorded enough after joss and co left so they wont be hijacking each other's time much so he can manage the harmony
