He says papa wemba was in excellent form and came back to kin with papers from hospital proving he could start performing and he adds that they were preparing a concert for the 20th of may at hotel beatrice and they gave papa wemba new nickname "the godfather " and in the last times papa wemba was often talking about death and they were wondering why
he reveals papa wemba had over 60 songs recorded,mixed and totally ready which he was saving and saying one never knows maybe if he dies he'd have already done it

This means he already had a premonition of his death... Smh... Still finding it difficult to come to terms with the news of his passing on. It is as if he should just wake up.

Following his 1996 collabo with Koffi, one can only wish that he can "wake up" ... Never been so shocked about a Congolese artist death like this before
