Title: BLAISE BULA COULD BECOME MINISTER OF CULTURE AND ARTS

since few months ago, blaise had become  the director of office of ministry of culture and private adviser of the minister,and two days ago the minister baudoin banza mukalay passed away,few times after being at papa 's wemba's funerals and promising papa would be honoured even after funerals
and in those cases unless government only wants to pick somebody of their party,blaise would take that role

Cool... I like this gentleman though I know next to nothing about his person aside from his musical feats. He always comes on as a calm person. I wish him all the best.
