Not really top of the range, most standard keyboards,even kids keyboards are fully packaged,you just need to understand the functionality of each key to produce whatever you want. The keyboard can produce any sound including basic drum including kick,snare,cymbals etc, rhythm/solo guitar, trumpet etc but not as precise as actual instruments.
