He says he wanted espoir to get back to being a kid first and foremost by taking him to school and he wanted to take him to europe to live with his kids and have a better context for education and that he had a lot of time ahead to get into music but then authorities told him there had to be an authorization from parents and he was surprised since people introduced espoir to him as an orphan and he called the guy who took espoir to f-victeam office and the guy was messing with him a bit always postponing things and he tried a last time
and some of his friends who have foundations aswell have already had problems with children who were supposedly orphans and their parents popped out all of a sudden at some point so they warned him against keeping him at home
and he tried one last time with the guy who took espoir to him asking whether them all(the guy and the parents) wanted to make business on espoir's back and the guy told fally to give him some money so that he sort the situation with parents and the guy never gave any feedback so he got fed up of the situation because he has his own kids anyway he is not that desperate to hang on to a kid if his parents are not willing to collaborate
and a lot of things happened which he does not want to talk about and that the guys and the kid's family are already seeing him as a star and an opportunity to make good money so he is sorry but he does not want to be anymore into this

Especially as a parent, its in order to contact the parents of another kid before any contact/contract.

indeed but the problem in that case that the kid was presented to him as an orphan i think all started from it,the guy who introduced him should have explained that the kid was actually kicked out of home and was living in the streets surely fally would have either tried to see his parents or feared to take him anyway especially as almost everybody foresaw how the parents would pop out of nowhere when they hear the kid's life has taken a big step forward(while before that they rejected several time his return at home saying he is a child witch)

If the parents really wanted what's best for Espoir they should've let him stay with Fally. I hope Espoir and Fally can make music together in the future.

poor kid. i mean i really can't blame fally at all for detatching himself from the situation. it would look bad on him to continue to try to make a situation like this work if the child's parents are not cooperating. the parents always pop up in situations like this because MONEY and thats what really makes the situation sad. they knew he was on the streets but only showed up when they saw an opportunity to make money. i really do hope and pray leader espoir's life continues in an upward swing. although this did not work out for him it does not mean that life for him in this music realm is over. thanks to the internet and youtube he will forever be embedded in the fabric of the music as the kid fally almost took under his wing.

The kid will be alright, he just needs the guidance of a stand up and responsible adult. If Leader hadn't gone viral, do you think Anelka would've been all up in arms trying to school and raise him :-\?

no and thats normal, in kin streets there are loads of abandoned kids who also sing pretty good but since nobody knows about them they remain like that,but credit to artists in general those guys indirectly raise one hell lot of kids,for example werra pays school fees for like 200 kids each year without even knowing the kids
