In short he said he brought Maison Mere to success and before of him was nothing special after the departure of Brigade and now that he left is worse then he said that Bill is over and he doesnt understand how Bill keep insulting him as he gave a lot of cries to Bill, and it is really ungrateful for him. Is embarassing for him that a guy like Bill goes on tv and insult him as he is much older than him Bill and  maybe it is just jealousy as Bercy successo grows and Bill is slowly fading.
