She says her and fabregas are not together anymore on professional level but she still considers him a friend but if he continues to send people to attack her she'll reveal things that could even make his wife divorce and have damage on his career to the extent that they wont even be friends anymore
she is the one who" made" him by promoting him heavily on tv even before big success,she teached him how to act and look like a star and people cant say she's ungrateful since its fabregas who benefited far more from their collaboration so if he does not want her to reveal what he did to his family and if he does not want her to destroy his group since they formed that band together he better stop attacking her
she's left him because of his arrogance and he wanted to take her into deep satanism and she has decided to go back "home" by joining heritier's group(its heritier who introduced her into the maison mere system back in the days)

No carine is not djino's wife but djino's "little sister from same quarter",haha this conflict was predictable since fabregas became big headed and started treating his friends like random employees and carine has too big of an ego to accept that
hopefully for him he'll manage to come back on the right track like wazekwa did

thinking about it the fabregas-heritier relationship is quite strange,fabregas used to with the likes of omba,lindalala and co working with heritier in private in hope to be introduced to maison mere then when both were in maison mere it seemed still good,then there is a journalist who said she was interviewing heritier one day and fabregas came to visit heritier and behind heritier's back he was talking some bullshit and she reminded him of how far behind he was from heritier,then recently there is the ki bo ngai song which people thought was destined to fally which was apparently for heritier but when they see each other they seem to be good friends yet carine also said fabregas got furious that she put a picture of her and heritier as her facebook profile picture
and both have a more or less "influential" sidekick in common( i'll give as an indication goganeeeee for those who remember lol)
