This concert was Koffi's second Zenith of the year 2003. (The Other one was on 12th April 2003, which was a goodbye concert.)
At that time it was very difficult to get visa's, due to Papa Wemba's & Werrason's ngulu-affaire. Koffi Olomide payed 100.000 euros to get visa's.
The Congolese press reported that, that concert was big failure and that the attendence was not huge like normal. It would last 4 years that Congolese artists performed again in Paris mythical concerthall's.
In this video you can see Koffi reconcile with Zacharie Bababaswe, after their second conflict (which was about Zacle saying that Koffi won his 4 kora with corruption) and also Bouya Mayola, who was in Koffi's staff.

Many factors played against Koffi in 2003 despite ADE being a terrific album:
As you mentioned, the Ngulu affair.
The incoming bankruptcy of Sonodisc (after being the flagship artist of the label for 13 years).
His fued with David Monsoh because of his close friendship with Hamed Bakayako and Guillaume Soro when civil war started in Côté D'ivoire, which led him to attempt to sabotage the March release of the album and his subsequent departure. He tried to court Fally then to become a solo artist under his control, but, at the time, he swore allegiance to QL, even with the massive success of Ko ko ko.
There were criticisms that the Monde Arabe dances weren't as danceable as previous dances and suggestions that he should've kept the ADE, Effrakata, and late 90's dances at concerts. This was beginning of bands having their proprietary dances.
At the end of the year, instead of finding a new label, he decided he'd produce the album himself, which in effect led to Monde arabe's release almost a year later.
All in all, I believe expenses were more than profits that year .

Brigade was left behind in Kinshasa with Ile de Cambodge and Babia. Kerozene left QLi already at the end of the Effrakata-tour in 2003 after the goodbye-concert at Zenith (12th April '03). He joined then Pipiyu for a short time and rejoined Quartier Latin when they wanted to perform at LSC in 2004.

I remember that in 2003, when QLI was on tour in the USA. That the Congolese press reported that the whole QLI leaded by Fally, left Koffi Olomide alone to form a new band and that they where supported by an Ivorian producer.

That was the Chicago concert; the concert was actually a big success since large numbers of his West African fans reside there.... But that meant nothing in back DRC, because he was in polemic with leading jornalists like Zacle and Michel Lady Luya.

I didn't like Monde Arabe. Too many animateurs for no reason. Koffi should've at least gave more space to Kerozene. Acide and Apocalypse should've waited until another album. The only animateurs that should've been on the album are CNN, Brigade (if only he didn't leave) and Kerozene.

I've always wondered the same thing

Maybe because Montana was then voted by the ACMCO as most exampler musician of the year 2003 and he was also one of the most loved musician of Koffi in QL. Its mot for nothing that Koffi gave HIM the fonction of Vice-President in 2006, instead of Nseka, Titina, Binda Bass, Rocky Blanchard Miantezolo or Suzuki.
