Title: Some chegues that were being taken care of by Wemba are back to the street life

They say that ever since Papa Wemba died life has been rough since he was they one paying for their houses and school fees so they have to resort back to the street life to survive unless someone can help them out. One of them says that Kabila is destroying the country.
