This was one of Patient Kusangila's concerts in Maison Mere... After this concert they went to the Lunda-province of Angola giving in concerts in Canfunfu, Dundo & Lucapa. Kusangila got during the concert of Dundo a stroke, which made the helft of his body parasyled and missing the Bercy-event. Kusangila was thinking before Bercy that Werrason would bring him to Europe for medical treatment. But he left him sadly behind in Brazzaville, while a ngulu took his passport and went with it to Paris along with the rest of band.
The sound of the guitars are f*cked up. Shora Mbonda Kwilungongo is for me the best mbonda-player of Clan Wengé and he's miles ahead of Ali Mbonda. Nice to see Mbilia Bell as visitor on that

yes indeed shora is really really good i believe actually shora trained ali if ,if memory serves me right,ali replaced shora in anti choc when shora went to empire then zoulou mbonda of bcbg replace ali in anti choc when ali left to join wenge

The dream team maison mere days are bit strange,most of their concerts had a sound which did not match at all the level of the guys
thankfully yanki when appointed technical director has adjusted that a lot in the years after them

in what band was Jimmy Mbonda before joining Wenge B.C.B.G. and was he also Shora's understudy?, because he was also so dangerous...
What made Shora leave Maison Mere? Because I don't believe that he feared Ali Mbonda rejoining Maison Mere... Was that because he was suspected to be on that Wenge Cours des Grands-project of Aldophe, like Lacoste, Mabiala, Japonais & Adjani ?

Yeah what happened there? I remember the 1st day of that double Zenith-event, the lead-guitar was fully audible. I hated the 2nd day one because of that.

The sound of Werrason Bercy on VHS also not really on the point compared to that of Wemba, J.B. & Koffi. It sound more like a GHK-concert, while it was a big event. It was a good idea of him record a cd-version of the concert, which had a better sound and a better bass than the on VHS.
