He says ceden play is his real name and its actually the name of a former workmate of his dad who was a businnesman and that guy was american and told his dad you'll give my name to your next children and he started music at a very young age dancing to Michael jackson songs then singing them and at first he did not know lyrics well but the more he advanced at school the more he improved on them as he learned english and when he went to high school he told his parents he wanted to do music but they refused so the best compromise was to do music but at school in INA then when he finished his cousin kisindjora advised him to go to the new born cultura as she prefers that he does not join koffi (since her and his sister bibi sucre were already there) and he went to college des nobles then later thanks to kissindjora again he joined cultura and all was going well until he left and he left because he was unhappy that despite impressing he was often left in kin on europe tours and was not offered a car unlike some other guys
then when he left he wanted to join another group but there was maisha reunions so the new leader would have to call wazekwa to agree to let him join or not so he went to maison mere as werra was out of it but he left soon after because he felt like werra and wazekwa had talked about him joining in private so werra kept him in reserve team and after that he was approached by koffi but did not join whereas he had even more reasons to be pissed than joss an co who went there
and talking about joss he says joss hated him and feared him in their cultura days and they only started to have good relationship when both left but suprisingly he meet jjoss at a tv show and they hugged each other and he praised joss but when he finished he went home and when it was joss turn joss talked bad of him which surprised naty lokole who called him afterwards
and sometime later joss did a radio interview and was asked who are the singers who impressed him in his cultura and quartier latin days he gave names then added at the end but there is one singer who really "scared" me its ceden
and recently when joss wanted to visit wazekwa at home wazekwa asked him ceden if he did not mind it since he knew their relationship was so-so and he agreed and joss came to wazekwa's house(ceden lives in the other side of wazekwa's house) and wazekwa asked if he wanted to be with them he said no since they surely will say stuff which are none of his business and joss when leaving went up to his side to tell him he came to ask to wazekwa for help for gesac who needed some surgery or something like that and discuss a potential return and he says if its up to him he'd tell wazekwa to welcome them all back
he says he considers himself like a little wazekwa because like wazekwa he wrote for many people and gave example of mimiche's tia nga a l'aise,a kabose song and that song with bcbg's dancers which he did for his sister bibi and he had an album to be released before he rejoined cultura and wazekwa told him he'd release it for him in cultura like reddy was doing in viva and has straight away been given a chef role
