Like we all know extra musica split in 1997 in east africa,and extra musica international was born so to the ex-musicians of the former extra musica were added a group of new musicians like etats-unis,arnaud laguna,biscuit des ecoliers (before he joined viva) and co
then when biscuit went to viva they recruited arafat and shortly after arafat was taken by extra of roga and co
later on when extra international split in two,extra zangul take singers kerson saddam and levyson and atalaku typhoide then when roga decides to get rid of his friends,guess where he recruits again? extra international and z1 with the likes of etats unis,rav4,kasoumbalessa,dido...
when arafat leaves? once again, he takes zaparo from Z1
and result of all this,the two bands almost do not exist anymore,while extra has cemented a team for almost ten years now

by biscuit des ecoliers , you meant Guy Guy fall , i dont recall biscuit des ecoliers being a menber of Extra M Z1 .

At the end of the day, the musical productions of past remain far more popular overall. It's what made most of us the music enthusiasts we are. These stories give us insight to questions some of us may have asked in the past about various bands.
Until musicians end the practice of withholding music, the majority of current/future topics will continue to be defections, recruitments, deaths, and silly polemics.
Retirada is good, but from the various reviews I've seen on the web, reception seems to be lukewarm. A sign of album that may have been hyped up too much. Deplicks album has been discussed at length since it's release

Matebu, yes it was music in the past that got us into the music of artits from previous eras but some of those artists mentioned are irravalant today and haven't been so in the new millennium. If some of the topics are about deaths, defections etc. then that is alright since it deals with people who are active these days. But it does get annoying after a while if no music is being released but there has been music released in the past three months from a couple artists.

Wow Arafat being a Extra-International member.... Did he join Zangul before or after Super Helico, because Etats-Unie was the only atalaku in that album.

In the album La Main Noire especially song like Eternite d'amour and mark serge there's a someone who alternate with Roga Roga in singing in the first verse on both two songs, who was the guy? Also when you listen carefully Eternite d'amour song, you can hear Roga Roga mention the names of Pinochet Thierry and Regis Touba (Whom they have been left the group long time) how was that possible?
