This was a punchline for a one of Booba's popular songs from a few years "Simplement que les aigles ne volent pas avec les pigeons"
Translation- "Simply eagles don't fly with pigeons"

koffi's now ex friend bouboul yondela had a secuirty company which koffi promoted at lot and which did koffi's security
that company was " likonzi protege" and now that they have fallen out koffi has gone for "securité aigle " something like that while keepin one or two of his bodyguards of the past and then getting them into the new company
so there is a more or less direct allusion to that and a subtle one to fabregas' recent change of behaviour towards him

How did the Hugo guy get killed? Did the person responsible get arrested? And how would security be able to stop the actual police, so they can't be blamed for that.

for late mundabi it was said because apparently kabila was holding a lot of secret reunions with people from rwanda at grand hotel and it started to be not too secret anymore, as for hugo tanzambi "kuele kuele" i believe it was because he died being involved in protests
