For the longest time I thought he and his long-time dancer, la petite Zota were a couple since they used to show public displays of affection.
Its quite funny how the Ivorian DJ's have become more mature about relations with colleagues than their Congolese counterparts. All the top dj's showed solidarity at the coupé decale awards not too long ago

lol yeah i was thinking about exactly the same thing ferre and fally, and the guys of coupe decale became more united for the very same reason our musicians should, the massive threat of the other west and east african which came like a bang when it was mainly ndombolo vs coupe decale

That is how it is supposed to be : not everybody will like you or accept what you do but you have to be mature at all times in handling things. In my place, musicians beef themselves in their songs yet you would see them hang out and do stuff together. So if you are a fan who does not have his head on his shoulder, who gets easily carried away with trivialities; you would get missed up in the whole drama for you will be shocked that the whole beef buzz was some kind of marketing strategy.
