one month after the release of Alerte Generale, Werrason & Maison Mere where finally able to go to Europe, after multiple rejects of visa-requests and many lawsuits about the ngulu-affaire of 2002 in Bruxelles, after Zenith. Many peoples didn't excepted their arrival in Europe and their sudden arrival created big a buzz. Werrason performed 2 times at LSC "Atterisage Force" (24 & 26 December) and broke the record of attendance at LSC. Maison Mere performed without Roi David, who was left behind in Kinshasa. The succes of Alerte Geneale was so big that , nobody was talking about the release of Les Marquis "Miracles" and Koffi's Monde Arabe. After the two concerts Maison Mere returned quickly to Kinshasa and they where like usually welcomed by a big crowd. There was then a Double-Stade des Martyrs event planned to celebrate the two kora's won that year and their triumph in Europe, but it was cancelled by the authorities due to fear for havoc, like the Stade des Martyrs-concert of 2003. Maison Mere returned one month later to Europe, to start then the Europe-tour and the Temoinage-recordings.
The two concerts at LSC, where strangely strangely enough not voted as "event of the year" by the Congolese press, while it was only big event in Europe that year and Koffi & Wazekwa, who where the only Congolese artists who toured that year in Europe didn't created that kind of buzz and their tours were even a big fail.

i believe it was also cancelled because of whether the governor or the minister of arts was pro werra or pro jb,a lot of events were cancelled for both artists depending on that

tribalism, fanatics and the politicians really messed up the Werra vs JB competition.
