Why don't you use youtube so that videos are embedded here, some of these video hosting sites may not be safe.

You can host the MP3's on Soundcloud which is a known and secure site then post links which will be embedded,the tab for embedding soundcloud links is right next to the youtube tab as shown in attached photo
