This boy is, he has even changed the title of his album i guess? He is following in the footsteps of JB, always posting the poster of his album announcing "Out Soon" but he releases singles only. Anyway, will keep waiting,the extracts from rehearsals sound good.

Please, that guy is not a good singer is a guy who fakes his voice like Werra does, I have never seen him try to go with hiring an high not or making nuances, simply because he is not that good of a singer, Djino can do it and what about Metrau if Abraham is a good singer what Metrau is? It

I Looked for info and remontada and passe en or are different projects with different producers ,passe en or has the contribution of bcbg while remontada is done by his group but i guess he'll continue with monsoh,if i recall well abraham and fudji were his favorites but he produced djino who approached him while the two others were hesitating
but abraham and fudji definitely fill monsoh's philosophy much more

I remember SS being harshly criticized on the old forum and blogs, particularly with Mpunda, which was neutered because of the censorship committee. JB took his sweet time in between when the dance was first introduced at concerts and the album release.
In addition to Lonitara, I thought Télécommande was a fire sebene. Not many talked about that song for some reason. It took lots time for people to calm down and appreciate the album.

Hahahah SS better than Internet. Did you really hear Internet from the beginning till the end. The songs Consolation (R.I.P. Riva Menga "hero dans l'ombre"), Le Tenant du Titre, Jeannette, Tshico Londonien, Sans Te Toucher , Love Airlines, Bea Zodeguem, Espoir de Chicago & Persecution are amazing. The impact of Internet in Congo was big, while SS had a zero succes in Kinshasa and Europe with people being focused on the combatants-phenomenon. I remember how much the song Jeannette & Sans Te Toucher were promoted with on the end those songs being voted as best songs of the year 2001 and Werrason being very angry.
Wenge BCBG's best album ever is Titanic and that will never change, followed by Internet.

Might be a generational difference; you kind of had to have been there to understand the true impact. I didn't mention Titanic because it'd be sacrilege to compare it to the group albums afterwards.
I don't think any single album gave a artist more momentum than what Titanic did for JB, especially with the emotional song if the year 1998, Omba. It put the then establishment on high alert, as he was immediately pulling crowd numbers that took other artists years to achieve.
Internet was considered a masterpiece at the time, an instant classic even, playing at every restaurant and bar from its mid year release to the winter holidays when Effrakata came out

The level is a bit inconsistent at times but those albums managed to have esau,je suis la, le baron,clin d'oeil,mombamba, bolonia to name a few which are constantly requested by bcbg fans
if you take internet titanic and th or even quel est ton probleme,sound and arrangement are on point in every single song
and i also always insist on drum sound,the drum sound of both albums is well... suspect... It's like for example the danger de mort drums,take the same songs with the proper titina sound of th and co or even affaire d etat it makes a difference
