@22:42 His name is Herve Ferrari and tries to sound like Chico but sounds like a faux chantuer instead and says for people to listen to his vocal in QQJD but in reality it's Chico who sang the vocals he says for people too look out for.

Yes this is the guy I was talking about even when he talks you can feel like he is singing he did participate on QQJD.
