A lot of people don't know that alot of things went wrong and Shaggy left angry DR Congo. The same thing happened with Sisqo, who then walked over the Congolese flag and didn't perform anymore. Kassav in the '80s, Jimmy Cliff, etc. the list is long they were all disappointed and scammed by the Congolese music-promoters.

the sisqo thing i remember vividly. didn't know that about shaggy tho. shame.
