What's happening with Ferre. Seems like there's a lot departures back to back. I hope Werra doesn't take any of them though one for the avoidance of the obvious polemic that will ensue and second I'd love to see Werra bring up new guys from his junior team.
These guys can go join Herritier's group. They'll do well there

I don't think the problem is with Ferre, ofcz we cant excuse him intirely but It has became a norm for these young band members to try and catalyse the route to success by substituting hardwork with talent. As much as u can be talented, but if u lack hardwork then u r a aah failure ...So in other words these boys are lazy and expect to have ovation of hardworkers..I mean your job is to sing in a group and u miss rehearsals like u r bunking class, really the effect is the same...Ferre has proven to be a hardworker also coming from MM were nothing was a norm than hardwork, u u can't expect him to tolerate laziness..The ones who remonstrated are the pple fit enough to be in the group. .
