and here we go again with the partying over the failed concert, they are way too lucky that france is still under trauma of what happened in the last years
and i blame our artists as well,they should put their childish polemic aside and FIGHT together,not letting one going at the front,two three supporting him officially and actively, a couple more just wishing good luck and watching from far away and some pulling the strings to block the concert because of rivalry and who will be the first to break that ban
fally is french resident,werra is, ferre is,wata is,jb is,wazekwa is a french citizen,karmapa is a french citizen,koffi if he could come is french,fabregas is belgian so why on earth they cant do action together
i also blame angola which has made them not to feel the ban on financial field given how sometimes they made more money on an angola tour than on some zenith tours,if they were really affected hard on their overall they surely would have pushed more than that

JV is one the combattants who actually make sense and know that the artists have nothing to do with politics. I think European concerts in the major areas are done unless a BIG miracle happens because the French agency cancelled even when they had a strong presence.

this is what i was talking about earlier,yesterday(some) heritier fans started winding up fally fans after seeing fally's interview that he got a paper from the authorities that the true leader moto na tembe and so on will be the one saving the congolese music on his own becuase he is mzee and so on,and you could also see people with werrasonique in their facebook name insist there wont be any concert or rejoice that it has failed
whereas i think all artists should be united on that cause and so do fans who tend to be even more " stupid" at times that those leader themselves
the day all groups will put their BS outside of those situations i am sure there will be some proper evolution
it almost got there even with that childish mentality,imagine how it would be with the proper mentality

THEY KNOW!! these aren't just regular people. they work for somebody of high influence. similar things were happening with jamaican artists surrounding their 'homophobic' lyrics. they couldn't play anywhere in europe for a long time they would be protested many of the biggest artists have been without visas to the states for years. all because of these 'organizations' no one knows they just pop up out of no where and fight the music. these people don't care about congolese people at all! JV has sense because in most movements like this there are people who mean very well but they get infiltrated by crazy people taking advantage of the situation. they probably getting paid by an agency to do this nonsense.

Angola can do nothing, we always open up when Congolese people have to play in Angola but Angola can't do anything against combattans just like Congolese government can o anything to Does Santos and all the people who are selling Angola, the fault is of the combatants their selves

no brother what i mean is that since musicians especially the top ones are buying ferraris and co after angola tours (as to say they make big money) europe concerts are kind of less vital to them which is why they do not put all their energy to stop the ban
and that's part of what many combattants always wished,to see musicians completely down and begging to save not only their career but also their lives,so seeing that some are even richer than before the ban makes some of the guys more jealous/angry
with what happened i am tempted to believe koffi is right saying he knows how to lift the ban easily,few of our artists can be as bold and stubborn as him on that field of legal action

Archos, what can koffi do?? Cause Heritier and his lawyers studied the cancelled JB and Fally concerts and still got their concert cancelled. Unless they put a clause where the zobattants can't demonstrate anywhere near the venue and if they cause a scene they will be arrested for public disorder and if the concert will be cancelled then the artists has every right to sue the authorities.

i believe what he would do is similar to what monsoh just talked about,also koffi has an option other musicians do not have,which is that it has been said and a bit proven that he was influencing some combattants on other concerts(which fuelled his beef with jb for example) so he surely has some control,maybe i am wrong but he keeps saying that the day he goes to france again he will perform because he is the one who can lift the ban

To Congolese musician growing up, France was where all the "mythical" concert halls were; a mecca of sorts for them. It all started with Tabu Ley's Olympia in 1970, which is regarded as the first major concert ever with an African as the headlining artist.
It was at Olympia, where what would become "sebene" was created, as Ley wanted to speed up the pace of the music to make people dance and also apeal to the low attention span whites
Plus this is the home of the main diaspora fanbase, with plenty of donors and producers residing there.

kaisari the france tours have two three main assets to leaders apart from money they make themselves,the first is making their bookpress bigger like for example werra and koffi who played zenith more than 3 times,possibility to record in french studios with musicians motivated by the gifts they can get from fans and relaxed unlike kin where you can spend a month struggleing on a song because on your days there are strong power issues
then for leaders europe tours are a golden occasion to make up for not paying or not paying what would satisfy their musicians
back when the whole congolese show biz was at its top,even female dancers went back home with their own mercedes and several big luggage
