I don't know what is wrong with Kakol, evem though he is the best drummer of his generation.
And should thimk about his family simce he has nothing to prove he always get in fight with musicians (Bercy, Primce, Miel, Diego) and gossip to Werra or block musician evem though they should deserve better treatment (Deplick for example) and on the domestic side he lives in his wife's home (Manhood complex acting like a boss at work because your lady dominates you at home) and Linda it is or it was Werrason's most "used" sidechick he even had a baby with her that Werra basically hamded to Kakol, all this seems to don't touch Kakol at all even though it is one of the most low blow for a man.
He seems he only interested to be the son Werra never had and blocking others...
My reflections about Kakol

Like himself said(somehow rightfully) music is a bloody selfish world where you are screwed if you do not keep your position strong enough so despite having some nice qualities there is always temptation to act strange,and trust me leaders love that situation
having a guy who a lot band members will hate so that instead of being directly mad at them all the frustration goes against those chefs like him and seguin who are by far the most influential of the current chefs
the funny thing with them guys is that the same day they can bring to the boss a useful singer or atalaku or guitarist then by the night come "prez omoniiii mutu wana...."

So is Kakol hated by other band members like seguin is by his colleagues?

Its true being close to a leader is a delicate balancing act and those who fail to manage it well end up doing the extreme to those below them like is the case of Kakol and the much loathed Seguin. You would imagine that a lot of people would love to be in the Chef's position. So either way its not easy for these guys also. And like you said the leader in most cases will hide his weaknesses in his immediate junior while portraying a good image to the outside. Showbiz is crazy.... The good guys dont usually make it.

Never make it, a few examples, Kendrick Lamar used to be unknown to the public of outside America when he was just rapping insanely lile in Black Friday ft. J. Not hated but seeing as someone who acts to bossy even though at home and personally he is a pussy, older members like Miel De Son, Diego, and so aren't afraid or scared to him and tell in interviews straight that Kakol is what is making the band going bad newer members are too much afraid to loose the little they have to confront him and prefer praising him in every way possible like you have seen in the fikim
