like title says genta just informed me few minutes ago that sunda bass has left bcbg,surely over album issues as he had been allowed to do a solo album but then who you know....(the same who made jb almost hate abraham now) some minor musicians who did pre records with him were publicly made to stand up and be axed from rehearsals before jb arrived
and probably those guys will follow him to create his group

djodjo who was with alain mpela,kalo with adolphe jb and adolphe did their usual "trading" jb got kalo and gave adolphe a guitarist and a singer
sunda is fine,he had been doing studio work a lot outside bcbg,to be fair he almost left easily 8 times already something was going on for a while with jdl stripping him of any proper chef role and taking out of the list of "automatic salaries"

Jb honestly takes too long there must be a hell of a lot of frustrated musicians like come on if I was in that band I'd have left years ago like apparently jb gets hurt when people say he doesn't have successful artists who've come from bcbg and him and roger also uses the fact that they are are not promoting themselves enough like how are they supposed to if they don't release anything please explain

in the rare interviews he gives when asked about whether he realises that he punishes his musicians by taking that long he answers no they get bonuses and sometimes salary and loads of money from donors so for him they are happy
he does not understand that promoting artists needs" constant feeding" to build the image, making them do impros on a rumba here and there is wayyyyyy far for being enough,everybody does it but there is only few groups with members getting proper popularity
whereas putting proper energy on promoting guys would benefit him
we can go back up to years of franco and co and see plenty of examples of how the leader made stars and those stars helped him back somehow
group music is like army,no army can win a war with just a strong general then a bunch of weak soldiers

Good move, though a good bassist, Sunda was too clean and relaxed, these days bass guitarists are pulling those strings hard like soloists, time for tapping on four strings like Sunda did is gone!! I hope the other mikulis can fuck off too. I had even forgotten BCBG exists,such a useless entity,always the same shit on stage,you can even predict what song they will play next in a concert and not forgetting the stupid useless trademark dance by Genta,JDT and JB then you have a useless Marketing Director always standing on stage with other guys we have gotten used to the last 20 plus years. ;D ;D

Am back in Zambia guys, briefly visited my kids in the UK in May to July, now resettled back in Zambia after 15 years.
Internet is crap and expensive but soon they are rolling out fibre broadband which has been restricted to corporate entities the last few years so I will be more online soon.

There is a day when a Junior BCBG Band will be created by one of these guys that have been very loyal to that fat guy, JB. Exodus and mass migration is what JB Mpiana needs, that is when he will see skeletons in Kibense and co bodies. This band is a joke honestly. Sometimes I wonder why young ones stick around kissing JBs butts when others like Brigade, Ferre, Capuccino, Heritier, Robinio etc are putting butter and bread on their table through exposure by werrason. If JB Died today, those boys and girls who jump around mikulis like frogs, will suffer because JB is their small god who will feed them 4ever.

Here is the difference with most if not all groups bcbg has 99 per cent of employees who are die hard fans of jb first and foremost
while in most other groups the guys like the leader but are more interested in fame/ lifestyle change which is why they do street group or home a group in the league of the kabose and co,ferre's group or more recently heritier then maison mere or quartier latin who are seen as the biggest stepping stones(hopefully its not taken out of context lol)
there is even of the male dancers who said in a rare tv appearance that he could not care less about having a strict monthly salary,for him seeing jb two times a week or sometimes when jb decides to party at home with the whole company is the best thing on earth
