He says first they suffer from lack of  public rehearsals so people do not have time to discover them,see who did something impressive this or that day because jb prefers "vip rehearsals" while in maison mere rehearsals even people of the lowest social level can be around
and the second factor is the marketing aspect as in the videos shown on tv roger ngandu who does the editing picks only jb's entrances one or two songs and then sebene which is why most bcbg members want to be on stage so people can at least see their faces
