Exactly my thoughts. Am sure it will be an album with one, two or three nice songs the rest crap. I dont understand were this world album thing is coming from for Congolese artists.

Why? WerraWerra did his first world album +Sous-Sol) in 2006 and it was a massive success I have to say that they were the best video by Werra since longtime especially Sous-Sol , Simeon and that other song not of Kapaya, but the other guy who were always got a song in every album until he left.
The problem is that Congolese artist have bad management, because when they do world album they have serious intention of getting worldwide fanbase but due to limited money and very low intelligence of marketing by staff the world music becomes a flop album because since the so called "world people" couldn't care less, Kin's people couldn't care either because they have never seen promoted in their areas

sous sol was not world bro it was sans poteau which was "world" and 7 jours aswell which ended up in the most congolese song of album arguably zenga luketu being the hit
i might disappoint some but as far as i know there is something like 8 world albums in process or at initial conception steps
that world thing came from trace tv basically their aim is to compete by all other african music by following their music instead of just giving to trace guys generiques or the odd rumba here and there once in a while
and since most of our artists have big mouths but zero personality,from the moment one or two started it was bound to continue because some will want to prove "they can also do it "
