Roga Roga playing a Bercy Lol, a pema. I do hope European concerts come back for artists of both concerts but you have to be realistic, unless there would be a big buzz from old and newer generation fans who like the generiques.

There are a lot of African artist who can do Bercy with esse Toofan, Arafat, speaking about youngsters, Akon, Jidenna, Die Antwoord, P-Square, Flavour, Sarkodie, K'Naan and many others

Without getting too specific - Nigerian and anglophone African artists aren't that big in France. Akon is a hasbeen just about everywhere now except Senegal.
People barely showed up for Arafat's Bataclan recently, which Fally helped promote. Toofan, they don't have have a big arsenal of hits.
I was leaning towards the non-diaspora artists. But yea young diaspora artists Maître Gims, MHD, Booba, Youssoupha & Bomaye music, Jidenna, etc. are all popular enough there to have Bercy concerts if they wanted. Also Passi in his prime years
