Probably Seguin & Co. Talking bad about him to the boss and doing everything to ruin the contracts he is making and talking bad to fans, it is hard to make it when you have three powerful people against you

 he just still has not released his album at the moment he is in south africa he really wants to make an impact so he does a bit like capuccino for example did album is ready but still takes months to review and correct things if needed
as for the relationship with jb he's managed to get over the possible barriers lol  he said in a recent interview that he was even meant to be at that event with ferre and heritier but he got a good offer and jb gave him go ahead and how to do to avoid problems there

I think you are right. There is something jb mpiana has done spiritually to derail progress of his students. Look at Gino, Abraham, ....with all that fame jb had, no way we have no known talent coming out successful
