I really think it would shifted the paradigm away from Wenge MM vs Wenge BCBG rivalry at the time, especially with how good Jugement Dernier (1998) was. Son Altesse should've been among big 4gen leaders - he was even signed to JPS.

Had Titanic or Force d’intervention sounded like this album, people would’ve lost their minds. The sebenes are arguably more powerful and unique. The off-beat “lentement” drumming style really sets it apart. The sound still blows me away, waaaay ahead of it’s time. One of the rare albums where you hear every single instrument very audibly. I believe the sound engineer was Jean-Marc Bidaubayle at Studio Marcadet.

This album was recorded with fresh recruits, including the likes of Alvarito Solo "B52", Jeansan Sakoko, Kaddy Bass, and Jordan Kusa (when he was still a vrai chanteur).

Then in came Fally and all he did on Libre Parcours was to remix this album.

Can your elaborate on that? Both albums couldn’t be more different from each other
