bcbg have returned under primus label and at their first concert which marked arrival of new director mister garcia and departure of the former one after nono fudji sang mombamba and half of his balle de match song jb stopped music and said nono fudji i think you are now ready to sing much more so if you have songs i will support you for recording and if you want you can record in my studio and with the group,like everybody here knows i have given everybody from seguin to the guys who clean at rehearsal hall right to do an album if they have songs as long as its done in all honesty not with hidden agenda

He is hurt if you watch that interview when he was talking about not having issues with werra and fally and also that he was asked about that and the way he reacted to that like he was annoyed with that constant reminder, and to be fair it would hurt anyone

Exactly he did not mind it at the beginning but the fact its become like constant pressure on his shoulders and a way to allude he is a bad musician is pissing him off but he will never admit in public
that's why he has "forgiven" abraham for the controversial way he left in and will be helping him behind the scenes to try to succeed when his album is out
even chai is struggleing badly with leadership and has lost two members who went to record together some members to heritier's group,some to eboa,some went to maison mere...abel also is struggleing and seemed pissed by jb's first part of interview
indeed in that first part of interview he was like let me unleash something for good then in the the other parts went back slowly but surely to his normal self

Like I've said that first part of the interview really pissed people off who came from BCBG at one point they shouldn't have released it in multiple parts cause people are always gonna watch the first part, Chai's album should have been out by now he left bcbg too late Abraham has been taking long too they should have all just done a faction together then would have been easier for them

Nono Fudji's vocals in QETP and Francis Solution were good , I also like Mombamba and he's a good dancer. He needs to do promotion more.

If you look at the story of musicians that went solo and made an immediate impact like Fally,Ferre or even Heritier, They had a fun base even when they were still in their respective former bands. They had successful songs to their names,they toured a lot, they had positions of influence in their former groups. What happens to JB children? They don't tour as much, they are cold and lacks confidence, they are not known much out side Congo. When Koffi toured people wanted to see Koffi then Fally, when Werra toured, people wanted to see Werra then Ferre/Heritier and when JB toured people wanted to see JB and then Mpiana. He must change everything about BCBG and he must give these guys free hand to market themselves. Who knows NF out of Congo? He can have a classic album but he wouldn't make much impact.

It is not a term of impact is the fact that you can't really wait until 40 to go solo like BCBG do and aspect to have an immediate impact the success of a musician initially is not even made by the music he made but from the looks and from how he is performing, Fally, started early the career solo before turning 30 and so did Ferre, the same Heritier started it at 32 deplick as well, the only young guy who started career solo "early" is Abraham you can't really blame JB or the solo artist but both, I mean unfortunately Chain has not have really marketable looks you will never see him fit or muscled like Fally, Ferre, Heritier etc.

CM PRINCE If I was born in Congo and I had the chance to be in BCBG I would see how my boss would deal with things, and JB is a guy who let 5 years pass since his last group album never mind for his last albums, find all kind of excuses to delay what should be his job (which is not even his first one) so a guy checking at JB what would think? I Would think oh my God going solo is a suicide is better to stay with JB the guy that I have always listened music of and the guy who pays me, that is how BCBG singers think so is JB to fault, if we all know some things about promotion and all that is because we have people like Archos, Ken and many others who had direct or still have direct contact with the best musicians, not even a single one of those guys is that close to JB to understand how business works to understand how money can be dealer, Chain? An example of that he has gone solo but soon finished monyley and didn't even release the album, Zakoko, Eric Menthe, and so on, If a father doesn't teach you life and you became a rude kid in your way in life who is to blame you or your father?

the bit of jealousy from seguin came from the fact caludji would now top him salary wise but also caludji was reluctant to completely settle in kin since he moved wife and kids to europe
jb said in interview that he will be at canada tour with them normally

Jb felt and still feels he is very popular outside kin....but I m sure these days he has noticed promotors don't want him anymore. I saw it at the last Rwanda show. Jb mpiana is no longer motivated n wants kibense and co to leave but he has no balls to tell them. I have said time and time again, the only way jb can come up again in rankings, is to have a new face of singers...

i remember for the failed zenith jb wanted to travel with only abraham fudji as those having travelled to europe before then changed mind and went to get visas for rio chai kibens(jdl has european papers)

Mudala it can't be that the whole band members can't face the mike and sell themselves well. There must be someone threatening them at the backstage. NF, even though seen as fresh blood in BCBG has stayed there for about 10years but is not even known much outside Congo. JB has succeeded in running an enterprise that is modelled in an Indian management idea where employees spy on one another and report to the Boss, they are paid just a little to make them contented and they are rewarded more not on productivity but loyalty.

You made a very good point, but Bcbg tour outside of Congo but its lowkey. But the album not being released is delaying people into discovering them.

He then says even BCBG has die hard fans who dont really care about new music. He went on to ask the interviewer saying which group has more concerts between those who have new music and BCBG?.... From the look of things JB is too comfortable were he is. Its sad for young guys like FUSEE. The other sad part is that even the artists under him are comfortable with the little they have.

like i have said several times one of the differences with bcbg and other groups is that in most other groups some guys come for exposure and have other idol than their boss and once they feel they got what they wanted they moved on,while in bcbg,from seguin to the rehearsal cleaners all are die hard jb fans so it always take some drama for people to move on in most cases
so they moan a bit in private but from the second they see jb all is forgotten,which is why guys with big ego like djino could not last at some point

I hate this kind of answers, my fans are my fans so they don't care if I drop music... Are you dumb? Your fans know you for your music and will care less if you stop making it I really can't understand JB's chilliness

the context of music and football can not be 100 per cent compared,in both there are die hard fans who stick to their group or team but in music people can become deep down die hard but have more interested in other artists,and i think jb understimates that
a lot of his fans have kind of switched to fabregas,koffi,fally,ferre and co based on hype and following the trend and lack of consistent new stuff because matches are once twice a week music can pop up any day
