One thing I really dislike about the genre is how key personnel behind album production are never properly credited for their work. This goes for all artists. We always find out after the fact.
In this instance, it wouldn’t have hurt Fally to give a quick shoutout, especially considering he grew up being a Wenge fanatic.
Ivorians and American rappers always give their beatmaker a shoutout at the beginning of the song.

yeah junior gave himself a shoutout in posa,esengo and belle fille or we would not have known,i think only papa wemba helped the cause of songwriters(wazekwa desi mbwese karmapa without us knowing he was talking about him,didier milla plus many who did not have careers but were openly given shoutouts in songs)
