in short he is saying that he regrets the days of ferre jdt baby and co having been in the group since 2001 because there was a lot of guys fighting for the same cause and easing pressure on the boss shoulders while now power is too focused on one man papy kakol who for him does not deserve to be chef d orchestre and he says he likes to be honest for the good of their common cause and it costed him several suspensions already for example when he said at reunion that it was not normal that kakol has chef d orchestre,artistic director and discipline role at the same time and suggested to werra that they had to let other guys have those roles and not only him and was suspended for two months
for him its not normal that people have to pay somebody to get their place regardless of their talent and that is why some guys who are far from being the best in the group are very active in lineup as long as they play the game and because of his honesty he was often missing concerts abroad and only made the recent angola tour surely thanks to mampata intervention and he wonders whether kakol has werra under a spell because he tried to express concern over a lot of issues but werra only trusts kakol
and he reveals he has created a lot of stuff like kapaya's signature in alerte generale but they were given to other guitarists and he has never been given a shout out

i heard olivier who is like in maison mere in charge of poaching musicians from other groups say that one guitarist and a keyboard player(maison mere have two) are quite likely to join after their angola tour

Werra is at fault too because he needs to hear everyone's side, how can Kakol try to reverse a decision in which the BOSS said okay to an album gioven to Miel. And why would Heritier get another guitarist and keyboard player, there is not enough space for everybody I doubt Padache, Akim and Champion will be okay with it, to me I still don't think Arnake and Olivier are really accepted in La Team still. I also have a feeling the same goes on in F'Victeam.

Yes if you pay you will go on the spotlight (so more donors eyes on you, more fans) if you don't you will stay waaaay back, there are plenty of talented people in second and even third team, because they don't pay, strangely Werra never sees these things.

exactly the same thing used to happen with seguin and roger in the other wenge until recently jb has started to demote them of some extra power than their roles,roger actually got suspended for that,getting dancers in after sleeping with them(made one pregnant by the way) making guys pay to enter bcbg behing jb's back and genta's as normally every new member has to go through genta as the guy which jb trusts for recruitment or making them doing house jobs for him or sending them to buy stuff like his employees (lol fabro robinio milito used to go buy some bread,or chikwangue or cigarette in the corner of the street aswell for kakol)

Eish. I feel for the dancers. No-wonder abuse will never end for as long everyone is treated like that. Mafia style of running things. So am guessing if you are not humble enough to do those things you are sent to do then your chances of breakthrough are next to zero no matter how much talent you possess.

exactly there are some who lived with kakol and seguin who never made it anywhere around the groups because they refused to be sent or clean the guys shoes or clothes and this type of stuff or hold their clothes for the 5 6 7 8 hours of concerts without moving
although maison mere is (kinda rightly so) portrayed as the house of fast rise to stardom there are plenty of guys who have been in reserves for ten years or more and uninterested in leaving along with the wata,eboa and co and still having the dream of a chance but scared or reluctant to accept some stuff and who see those who play the game be promoted within weeks

Its all made me understand why they don't like to sing about policital issue's in country or even little things which are going wrong in the society. Because I think that they are scared at they will use those practices then as proof against them, since that everybody is aware about it. Where those normal girls gone ? Because back in the 90's the female dancers were normal and the most cases well educated. But in this era you got dirty girls in the band and they can't dance. They only dance those sex stuff. Recently Deplick's girldancer putted a beer bottle in her.......... . How is this all possible ? Is that because they don't come from danceschools like the generation of Zina Bilawu, Fifi Busa, Rosette Kamono, Floriane Mangenda, Nana "Sukali" Boanga, etc. and having a real choreographer like Lambio Lambio who created Ba Nion Nion, Ba Fioti Fioti and the generation of Coco Maria, Mimi Tchivundu, etc. in Viva a Musica ? Or are they recuited from the streets ?
Aah Roger Ngandu. He have done it with almost every internet journalist. They are so vulgar you can her just give clohts and she will give her body to you. If they know that you are from Europe they start flirting with you, without even have said a word. A friend of mine have naked picture of them all.

Back in the day, many dancers came from good homes even though their parents weren't happy (some didn't mind). Even the ones from the streets cleaned up and were relatively decent behaving. They used to have exercise and diet regimes too. It's in the mid 2000's artists stopped giving a damn and hired anyone who has a big derriere. Now i prefer concerts without female dancers in bras and boy shorts.
It's become so bad that women from decent families who know how to dance and professional training will not join any band in DRC. Preferring to go abroad

now dancers arrive in group having been doing wild dancing in bars and even prostitution for some,i witnessed and was allowed like all the guys around to give my opinion on a test of female dancers in cultura as wazekwa thought husbands of his dancers(who are all mothers and fiancee/wives) would force them to retire,and there was easily the 10 first who came danceing very wild half of them did not even have panties and the nail of the coffin being one of them rubbing her P... turneing her back on crowd towards us and him who were behind drums to have full sight of stage probably thinking she'd win the battle like that, he had enough and stopped test only saving later one of the untested who had courage to approach eclipse and explained that she came from ISIPA university and wished to become a dancer/chorist
another thing which explains massive drop in attitude of dancers and even their looks,is there are less and less proper coaches,lambio is focused on his own group and rarely called upon, most of the other coaches ran away in europe or like mao manchester of maison mere( who is openly confronted several times by nsone) recruit dancers actually based on their bed abilities which they kinda reproduce on stage

Actually Deplick is very kiddish from the way he's enjoying that lurid dance & encouraging that girl. That is the kind of stuff of strip clubs & not a music concert. I wish I could unsee all that trash

there was some guys of an association of fans of congolese music or something like that who sued him to court but he got any threat lifted with a phone call like most our musicians
i find it strange that new approach of deplick,you already have an handicap of limited funds and not enough people putting you up there among the very best of the new generation,and its stupid to waste time on that polemic with robinio

I think that DRC has bigger problems than sexualized cries and music by Deplic or other artist, Wazekwa should have use the power to wrote to Kabila instead of wasting energy on Deplick, Deplick has almost 40 he knows that he is wasting so much talent so no need of people reminder.

If I remember well someone once shared here an interview where Deplick was saying he visited Ferre & Ferre gave him advise on how to increase his relevance or something like that & soon after he started head on this beef with Robinio. I just hope this is not the advise he got from Ferre & even if it were it has now outlived its usefulness. The beef has been milked dry by now. I see a lot of potential in Deplick & if he just concentrates on putting good music out there without all these unnecessary side shows, he can be great.
