Like title said lobeso genta and eclipse had an idea which i like and hope their colleagues will follow
atalakus consideration in groups is a matter of extremes either they are very highly considered or they are rock bottom just before the ngongi man who is the least considered and it happened many times that some of them got sick or suffered from accidents and were not given proper help by their boss,or their wife stuck in hospital because the father cant pay for her release and the boss is refusing to help out.... so to avoid such situations in the future lobeso genta and eclipse had an idea of each atalaku contributeing a certain amount each month  so that whenever there is a problem they can take some part of the total amount to solve it and hopefully if other atalakus join them they could attract donors but then so far because their beefs and egos few atalakus are approaching them
