Defao's two bassists were dangerous. He had Jean-Louis Bikunda (Aime K.) and Guy Wa Nzambi (Solange) in his time. Man Jagger Bokoko "1000 solo" died to early (a racist white in Germany killed him with a knife). Alot of people don't know that Djodjo Bayinge used to be a singer of Big Stars before joining Viva La Musica. Defao is an excellent singer.

At that time Defao was winning solo artist of the year in Zaire. He was big a sensation then with Hitachi, Amour Soclaire, & especially Solange. For me, Defao is still the best (or one of the best) living vocalists. Give him any composition and he'll do it justice.

RIP Jaggar, his story saddens me. He was great great soloist

I forgot the title it was released in 1992 before Amour Scolaire. It was Defao's first album with Big Stars after his departure from Choc Stars. It had the song Mulopwe, Aime K. and another one.
