Hi there,

Please help me understand this thing where Congolese musicians perform with Clothes that still have tags??

Is it to show that the clothing is expensive? Do they plan to return the clothing afterwards??

That was a trend back in 1999 until 2009 to show people that their cloths are expensive, but that fashion/swag-hype in Kinshasa and Fally's succes who didn't really care about SAPE killed that trend.

Hahaha no they don't return it afterwards.

Tags are to prove that the clothes are not from the flea market.
