this is at the papa wemba tribute i am sure in abidjan haha the comments,mobutu really spoiled us with that serious mean image of a politician i have noticed people always have it very hard to accept a politician acting like us "normal people" i remember a deputy got roasted for jumping of his chair and shouting and dancing because DRC scored a goal
they said he lacks " charisme" and "esopi ye"
