I was laughing so hard when i watched it, mbuta is crazy :D :D :D :D he really likes kibens though,few weeks earlier he was at a bcbg concert and the first person he went to was kibens and they were laughing together on stage(maybe he actually told him to leave :D :D :D)

I know he's a strong human being lol I remember fally "coco kibens" he's been mocked for his for years lol I would've snapped if that was me being teased and pressured to leave all these years

I have a great idea.. What dont we sign a petition and get some bana kin to endorse it. The petition will for having kibens ..rio and especially Jdl and genta as the atalaku sehain as mutu ya mbonda ( i liked his style in zenith) transfer yo zaiko kolo mboka ..jidol can also follow if he wants and still getting paid in bcbg because o l know the pay is the issue here

If i were JB i would keep Vieux KIBENS around but just so that he helps out with directing rehearsals and also because of his great composing skills but when it comes to live concerts would ask him to let young ones with more energy and hunger be in that team A. That would be a dignified retirement for someone who has been of great service. But knowing musicians and their want of visibility and spotlight that may not sit well with him. As for the others, they would have to justify why they should be kept around...

Ficarre once told me that 90% of the songs in TH were composed by Kibens. So I understand the logic of keeping him around. Can anyone here please say what has been JDL's contribution to the mouvement? Was he supposed to replace Afande? I dont get it; bad voice, bad vocals.
Honestly though JB is criticised for taking time in releasing albums, he rarely miss on sound quality. His music is good most of the times; He is an artist who will rarely deceive when the song comes out. So why kicking out Kibens? I am sure he is somehow contributing everytime to JB's albums positively. He can stay there for life as long as we have songs like Engobo, Bolonia, Etoile du Berger, Correction, Mpunda.

I don't really like the writing style of Kibens, at least since TH. Those songs lacks substance, just a bunch of fancy french words.
But if JB thinks he's so necessary, he should keep him the background, working behind the scene.
At some point, JB needs to put a younger crowd in the spotlight.

Anti terro and SS had shit sound, kibens needs to retire from stage and stop singing on albums that voice he arrived in BCBG the Blaise/Suzuki/werra type voice is no longer there now he whispers and his dancing has gone down so what's he needed for? It's kinda ridiculous how he's kept Blaises mic position next to jb for almost 20 years, I still respect the hell out of kibens cause half of my favourite songs in BCBG and jb that are my favourites happen to be actually his

Someone told me that Kazadi, Mulongeshi and Tshituka....its not always attistic but also tribal...I can NOT confirm that. I rather see them stay together and happy!!!

no kibens is not muluba,just given professeur or teacher in tshiluba as nickname,kibens is from bas congo,he's ferre's cousin/uncle

Anybody here knows how much Kibens and the others are paid monthly, i.e no albums nor concerts?

maybe later i will update when i get more accurate info but for kibens as far as i know he could be easily on 2500,given that he is in the category of the 1000's like they call it in bcbg,the category of those who are the most loyal and with the smallest number of suspensions which has genta,ficarre,him and seguin who are on 1000 to 2000 for seguin,then he has a certain salary as writer(zero song of bcbg exist without at least one sentence he added or changed),his daily studio work for years now, for artistic director,then his normal salary as a bcbg employee,plus the loyalty bonus they voted few years ago at that reunion where fally also participated( which consists in giving every other month or every 3 month max a loyalty bonus to those who have been the most loyal of the group(except rio who lost right to that bonus with his several moments in an out in recent years and his flirting with didi kinuani)
