NF is not being treated badly ...he is in the A team but i noticed he generally hands over his spot and i not overly protective of his spot. and it is well put all about money

he was actually asked about that,and he said he used to be in contention with bogus who was not handing it easily so he learned from that not to reproduce it,i believe it explains why he has not gone solo or edge close to it,because a looooot of people are advising him to do it but he is not(yet) in that mood of being bold to strenghten personal glory then leave on hype so he tells them he is happy with how he is at the moment

JB is an old type man, with an old type mentality, yes there has been plenty of people who went solo before Fally and Ferre, but in modern era they started the trend, which was improved by Wenge MM ex alumni, beside them, a lot of musicians including JB himself, think that you need to stay in a big group and never go, because it is better being paid or having mabanga and album money for a limited space rather than go solo with no money and hard finances to face, do you hear about Abraham or Chai right now?

JB Mpiana could have had solo artists by now if he didn't make his band look un attractive by sticking too much with his old guard of 1998 (Kibense, JDL, Rio, Chai, Seguin etc). He should have deliberately made them redundant and allowed for Nono Fuji, Abraham, Gino, Sakoko, Zulema, Atshuda, Soso, bebeto etc to take complete charge.

I fully agree on that bro but still when you gone solo you have your destiny in your hands,for example the likes of jipson soleil bouro and co got serious exposure from koffi but for whatever reason have had a strange solo career to say the least
or for example fabregas got not even 1 per cent of the exposure bill had but still managed a far better solo career because he made up for his lack of exposure compared to absolute favourites like ferre bill heritier but working hard and especially finding the right formula to make the breakthrough;robinio's case sums it up to perfection,from the moment he understood generiques could open doors for him he focused on that and gave us back to back good and succesful generiques and now he has got himself a position which many guys who sang in 10 albums do not have so its a bit of a mix of both either you have it easier because you were prepared or you cant force it for yourself

I think EMO meant getting enough time and songs for being seen by public, Fabregas, Deplick, Heritier all had songs to get their selves exposed, Brigade was the leader of Atalaku once in Wenge and for Lobeso he had a song with Bercy who made him won best animator of 2016 while BCBG, yes they have songs, but they rarely have time to expose it since time between albums is waaaay longer than the average of Congolese releases

Anyway I don't understand what JB is thinking about, from 18th minute (new material) the sound has been terrific, I don't understand what he is waiting for I mean what's wrong with this Noko? Fabregas had 4 albums between Soyons Serieux and BDM while JB is stretching songs since 5 years.

out of topic,seguin is really lucky he was about to be demoted as chef d orchestre but donors defended his case,he bullied one of the new members(bcbg have tests each thursday behind closed doors)and to punish him jb first took chef role and all advantages away from him and made ficarre the new chef with genta as the second but then after two months of that situation the most influent donors convinced jb to take a step back and let him remain the chef even without advantages for a moment
and jb told him the next time he ever bullies somebody he wont hear anybody he's out no suspension no warning just out of the group

no strong update until he comes to europe,he keeps postponing it for kin concerts since womens day,at the moment he is off to equatorial guinea invited by president obiang then he'll return for concerts,i am hearing that he'll drop a generique and a rumba which he already did clip for in south africa,but with jb nothing is true until you can see it lol,he still can change mind and wait for full release(and if he releases one day lol)

Even old Koffi Olomide understands that to shine outside of congo, you need to be relevant by releasing songs and CDs time and time again. Koffi knows that to shine, you need fresh blood all over the band. JB Mpiana does exactly the opposite....how does he shine? ZERO shine. Expect a Zero Balle De Match. Put a folk in JBs body, he is done.
