Meaning dedicated writers, and not big leaders.

Wow did Riva Menga also write songs ? His brother Bibisha ‘R.I.P.’ played bass in Langa Langa Stars. Younger brother Joly Menga was also a little bit active in music with their cousin Wabanko many times in Emeneya’s and their younger sister Meda Mukuna sometimes in songs of Koffi Olomide. The crazy thing is that their father Mukuna est Dieu (R.I.P.) was a pastor.

Yeah, likewise. I know in the late-80’s-early 90’s Do Akongo collaborted with Empire often. Simaro also was an advisor. Dilu was a good composer himself.

I wonder who composed “Djarabi Adjatou”? Really beautiful song

Koffi himself wrote Fouta Djallon.
Education was written by Pascal Poba.

Oh really it everwhere stated that Pascal Poba wrote that song. Bogus Bompema wrote also many hits. So sad that his solo album flopped it had good songs. I think that if the problem with Socoda is fixed and that it would be like Sabam or Sacem, then alot of goshtwriters will claim their song and bandleaders will stop putting their name on the credits as songwriter. I think that the bandleaders themselves don't want to see the problem of ... being fixed, since that nobody write the songs by themselves anymore. With 50% procent going to the songwriter/composer, or 25% to the songwriter, 25% to the composer and 50% to the recordlabel with the singer not getting alot of money the way Verckys explained it.

Bro, when i first heard J'Suis Là I just wanted to become French cause of the song, the song was such a beautiful piece

https://youtu.be/9JUgO3sW4O4?si=AlDQ6YhU4srPxmow

With some gems  like
""The minister of health forbade you from doing walks
Even the cardiologues in rhe streets urge you to go back to the house because if not we risk process for homicide"
Or
"The sound of your voice is better then the sound of the voice of Celine Dion, even the coral of the Vatican can't stand up"
 Or
"The pain of person you want is contagious, Chantal was married to a White guy, unfortunately Death came...
And it was the wind of a love story...
The enemy q d the jealous they drank Champagne, and it was people you made, people who asked you for clothes,  lived at your home, that's how life goes Chantaaal"

And my favourite
"He has charisma Overflows more then the England Queen,
If you will become Tintin I will become Milou, I will follow you everywhere you will go Chantal,  I will be staying faithful to you like Arafat,  who stayed faithful to his fight and never changed his look "

Man Kibeeeeeeens
